Far from the Hurting Kind
Far From the Hurting Kind is the debut album by British pop singer Tracie Young. The album was originally released in the U.K. on 18 June 1984, and reached #64 on the UK Albums Chart.[1] Far From the Hurting Kind was the second album released on Paul Weller's Respond record label. The album was produced by Weller and Brian Robson. In 1996 the album was reissued on CD in Japan, with bonus tracks added. On 19 July 2010, Cherry Red Records released an expanded reissue of Far From the Hurting Kind, featuring the ten tracks from the original 1984 release plus ten bonus tracks, including Young's 1983 hit singles "The House That Jack Built" and "Give It Some Emotion".
