Fabio McNamara

Fabio de Miguel, alias Fanny McNamara or Fabio McNamara (Madrid, January 8, 1957) is a Spanish artist.

He grew up in the neighbourhood of Ciudad Pegaso and was related to La Movida Madrileña[1] like many of his friends: Pedro Almodóvar, Olvido Gara (Alaska), Tino Casal, Pablo Pérez-Mínguez or the painters Costus. He collaborated with them in films and songs.

Lately, he has focused on his pop art paintings, which he has exposed in fairs like ARCO and he has talked about his religiosity.

gollark: I mean, right now, our AIs don't reach anywhere near human complexity. But what if Google scales up GPT-3 a few hundred times or something on their vast computing resources, and it manages to do really advanced stuff without doing anything which looks like thinking to humans?
gollark: I don't even know. Our current "AI" systems don't really seem like, well, anything comprehensible to humans?
