F. F. Beale House

The F. F. Beale House, at 1802 Cleveland Blvd. in Caldwell, Idaho, was built in 1923. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.[1]

It is a two-story frame cross-gable house with eclectic style including Tudor Revival influence, and is about 29 by 37 feet (8.8 m × 11.3 m) in plan. It has an attached 12 by 22 feet (3.7 m × 6.7 m) original garage.

It is significant for its association with Frederick Fleming Beale (1876-1948), music composer and professor at College of Idaho. He and his wife Mary lived in the house during 1923 to 1943.[2]
