Erik Albert Holmgren

Erik Albert Holmgren (7 July 1872 18 March 1943) was a Swedish mathematician known for contributions to partial differential equations.[1] Holmgren's uniqueness theorem is named after him. Torsten Carleman was one of his students. His father was the mathematician Hjalmar Holmgren (1822 1885).

gollark: It seems suboptimal for what you specified versus an FPGA + dedicated silicon CPU.
gollark: Definitely very neat but impractical without much work.
gollark: Asynchronous CPUs barely get a wikipedia page.
gollark: What? There's tons of information on FPGAs.
gollark: I'm probably just going to be eternally stuck with advancing and somewhat bad modern computers plus random fiddling with other ones.
