Ephraim Avea Nsoh
Ephraim Avea Nsoh is a Ghanaian politician and was the Upper East Regional Minister of Ghana.[1][2] Prior to heading the Upper East Region, Ephraim Avea Nsoh was Upper West Regional Minister.[3]
