Emmanuel Otteh

Emmanuel Otteh (1927 July 27, 2012) was the Roman Catholic bishop of Issele-Uku, Nigeria from 1996 to 2003.

Ordained to the priesthood in 1961, Otteh became a bishop in 1990 and retired in 2003.[1]
