Emmanuel Ngara
Emmanuel Ngara is a Zimbabwean academic and Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.[1] He has also served as Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University of Fort Hare, South Africa, and the University of Zimbabwe.[2]
