Emily Madder

Emily Bessie Madder is an Australian corporate lawyer.[1]

Biography

Madder studied law at Monash University, Melbourne, graduating in 1990. She was admitted to the Bar in Victoria in 1992. In 2003, she became a chartered company secretary. She was initially general counsel for the Siemens Pacific cluster, and later moved to Mumbai, India, as general counsel and company secretary for the Siemens South Asia cluster.[2]

Madder serves as treasurer for the Victorian branch of the Association of Corporate Counsel.[3]
