Elchin Safarli

Elchin Safarli (Azerbaijani: Elçin Səfərli, Russian: Эльчин Сафарли; born March 12, 1984 in Baku, Azerbaijani SSR, USSR) is an Azerbaijani novelist and journalist.[1] He has published ten novels, written and published in Russian.[2][3][4]
