Elana K. Arnold
Elana Kuczynski Arnold is a children's and young adult author. Her books include Infandous (Carolrhoda Lab, 2015),[1][2] A Boy Called Bat (Walden Pond Press, 2017)[3][4][5] and What Girls Are Made Of (Carolrhoda Lab, 2017).[6][7][8][9] What Girls Are Made Of is a finalist for the 2017 National Book Award for Young People's Literature.[10][11] Her novel Damsel was named a Michael L. Printz Award Honor title in 2019.
Early life
Arnold attended college at University of California, Davis and University of California, Irvine, then earned a Master's in English from the University of California, Davis in 1998.[12]
