Edward Staback
Edward G. "Ed" Staback (born July 2, 1937) is a former Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He was succeeded by Frank Farina.

Appointment as Commissioner
Staback was appointed as a Lackawanna County Commissioner in Mar. 2015 to fill the remainder of Corey O'Brien's term. Mr. O'Brien resigned to take a position in the healthcare sector. Mr. Staback stated that he would not run in the 2015 Commissioners Election for a full 4-year term.
