EcoDiesel

The EcoDiesel is a diesel engine used in the Ram 1500 and Jeep Grand Cherokee since 2014. Approximately 20% of 2015 Ram 1500s were equipped with the engine, mostly ones sold in North America.[1] FCA uses the EcoDiesel name for two different engines. One is the VM Motori A 630 DOHC 3.0L engine and its North American L 630 variant, which are used in the Ram and Grand Cherokee. The other is a Fiat 3.0L diesel used in the Ram ProMaster.[2][3]

Ram 1500

The EcoDiesel was optional in the fourth-generation Ram 1500, later designated the Ram 1500 Classic, from 2014 to 2020. In August 2019, FCA announced its availability in the fifth-generation Ram 1500 beginning in 2020.[4]

Jeep Grand Cherokee

The EcoDiesel engine is available for an additional $4,500 for Limited, Sterling Edition, Trailhawk, Overland, High Altitude and Summit trim levels. The 3 liter EcoDiesel V6 engine is able to produce 240 hp (180 kW; 240 PS) and 420 lb⋅ft (570 N⋅m) of torque which allows the vehicle to tow up to 7,400 lb (3,357 kg).

2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4*4 MPG is 28 mpg highway, 21 mpg city

gollark: Weirdly, these are all real numbers.
gollark: Observe:x = i^iln x = i ln ie^i(π * (2n + 0.5)) = i forall natural Nln i = i(π * (2n + 0.5))ln x = i i(π * (2n + 0.5))ln x = -1(π * (2n + 0.5))x = e^(-1(π * (2n + 0.5)))
gollark: There are many possible values.
gollark: The -1/12 thing.
gollark: You can also get that from some dubiously valid manipulation of the infinite sum directly right?
