Earl of Zetland (ship)
The ship Earl of Zetland is a vessel registered as one of the UK's National Historic Ships. She was built in 1939 by Hall, Russell & Company in Aberdeen, Scotland, as a passenger vessel.[1] Previous names include Celtic Surveyor and La Passerelle: under the former name she was used as a diving support vessel between 1975 and 1982, whereupon she was hulked as a restaurant ship.[2][3] In 1998 the ship was moored in Royal Quays Marina, North Shields, and in use as a floating restaurant.[4]
