DotCMS Products
dotCMS provides a community edition of their content management system that is free to download and use.[9] They also provide an Enterprise edition, which is a SaaS-based product, that you can purchase on an annual or monthly subscription.[10]

gollark: It can do simultaneous reads fine as far as I know.
gollark: SQLite is surprisingly good for at least small projects which don't need to run multiple writes at once.
