DOPE (est. 2007) is a street wear brand based in Los Angeles, California, USA. The clothing line is available in boutiques worldwide and has been seen on artists such as P Diddy, Jay-Z, Big Sean, Wale, Talib Kweli, Lil Xan, Wiz Khalifa, Mac Miller, Kendrick Lamar, and Kid Ink. In 2014, Dope was named one of the 10 fastest-growing private companies in Los Angeles.[1] Dope also operates its own flagship store on Fairfax Avenue in Los Angeles, CA[2]

History

Beginnings

Dope was founded in December 2007 at Indiana University.[3]

Dope is carried in its own flagship boutique and in select stores around the world.[4]

Los Angeles

In September 2011, Dope Couture opened its newest boutique location at 454 N. Fairfax Avenue, Los Angeles, California. This location serves as the brand's flagship store.[5]
