Dominika Paleta

Dominika Paleta (born Dominika Paleta Paciorek October 23, 1972 in Kraków, Poland) is a Polish-born Mexican actress.

Life and career

Paleta began her career through the early influence of her father, Polish violinist Zbigniew Paleta, who emigrated to Mexico with his family in the 1980s, and her mother Barbara Paciorek Kowalowka (1947-2011), an art teacher. Her younger sister is fellow telenovela actress Ludwika Paleta. Paleta studied art history at the Universidad Iberoamericana. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Polish.

She has been married since 2000 to Uruguayan actor Fabián Ibarra, with whom she has two daughters, Maria and Aitana.

Paleta's career has included roles in several telenovelas, most notably La usurpadora (1998). Other productions in which the actress has participated include Por un beso (2000), La Intrusa (2001), El Alma Herida (2003), La noche de siempre (2005), Los Plateados (2005), Trece miedos (2007), Mañana es para siempre (2008), Triunfo del Amor (2010) and Por Siempre mi Amor (2013).[1][2]
