Lake made his debut for the Ospreys in 2018 against Zebre having previously played for the Ospreys academy, Bridgend Ravens and Neath RFC.[1]
International
Lake is a Wales under 20 international. On 5 February 2020 Lake was called up to the Wales 2020 Six Nations squad.[2]
