Demore Barnes
Demore Barnes (born February 26, 1976) is a Canadian film and television actor who is best known for his role as Sergeant First Class Hector Williams in the CBS television series The Unit and for his role as Deputy Chief Christian Garland in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. [1]

Originally from Toronto, Barnes began his career with an appearance on the sketch comedy series Squawk Box on YTV. From there he joined the cast of Street Cents.
