Founded in 1937, with its headquarters in Hooglede-Gits, the Deceuninck Group operates in more than 75 countries and has 35 subsidiaries across Europe, North America and Asia, including the United States, United Kingdom, Russia and Turkey.[1][2] It was listed on the Brussels Stock Exchange in 1985 [3] and achieved a turnover of 506.4 million euros in 2009. As of 2010 it employs 2,816 full-time employees.

Cycling

Starting 2019 they signed a multiyear deal with Patrick Lefévère's cycling team as new title sponsor, resulting in Deceuninck-Quick-Step as the new team name.[4]
