Daily Post is featured in Google News and is one of the top news sites in Nigeria. It commands monthly visits of 7 million and monthly impressions of 50 million. Similarly, the newspaper's social media pages have continued to grow speedily.

Established in 2011, Daily Post has since set a standard in the rating of the new media as it has professionally upheld journalism ethics through fair and balanced rapportage.

Within eight years, the company has solidly found its space across different parts of the country, and now has reporters scattered across States, National Assembly, the judiciary and other relevant institutions of government.

Daily Post has won several awards, some of which are the "Custodian of the Nigerian Dream" Award,[1] Best Newspaper in Boko Haram coverage (North East) and has been nominated to different awards including Nigerian Broadcasters Merit Award.

The chief executive officer and publisher of the newspaper is James Bamisaye.[2]
