Compsoctena himachalensis
Compsoctena himachalensis is a moth in the Eriocottidae family. It was described by Pathania and Rose in 2004.[1] It is found in India (Himachal Pradesh).

The wingspan is about 23 mm. The forewings are blackish-brown scaled and the hindwings are grey scaled.
Etymology
The species is named for Himachal Pradesh, where the species has been recorded.[2]
