Cobbanites

Cobbanites is an extinct ammonoid cephalopod genus from the Jurassic (Bathonian to Early Callovian) period.[1] It is from the family perisphinctidae, and was found in Alaska and Montana.[2]

Cobbanites can be split into two species as follows:

  • Cobbanites engleri[3]
  • Cobbanites talkeetnanus[4]
