Clint Mauro

Clint Mauro (born 1984) is an American model, aspiring actor and writer best known for his appearance in an Armani Exchange underwear campaign.

Early life

Mauro was raised in Mishawaka, Indiana, the son of Rose and John Mauro. His mother was a nurse.[1] His father was a fan of actor Clint Eastwood, after whom he named his son. Mauro attended Mishawaka High School where he was team captain and MVP twice in his basketball team.[2]

After high school he briefly attended Anderson University before moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in modeling and acting.[3]

Career

After being rejected by several local modeling agencies, he was scouted while working as a sales clerk at an Abercrombie & Fitch store, Agents decided to bring him to Miami to begin production on developing his style and look for the industry. After four intensive days of working, Mauro had learned what his look and market was, soon he returned to Los Angeles.[4] he started to steadily get work in the fashion industry. After exposure on the cover of Out magazine and several fashion news spreads, he worked with renowned photographers Bruce Weber and Tony Duran and a few others.

In August 2007 he was featured in an Armani Exchange underwear campaign.[5]

Personal life

Mauro Stands 6'3" feet tall.[6]
