The journal was founded in 2007, and was originally published by Libertas Academica, but SAGE Publications became the publisher in September 2016.[1] The editor in chief is William Chi-shing Cho.

gollark: If you visit a page, it will now use magic™ to cache it locally, and then serve that local copy until it detects that the site has been updated, and that will continue to work even without an Internet connection with cached pages.
