Tripteridae (declared nomen oblitum by Bouchet & Rocroi (2005))

This family name has for a long time been known as Clioidae, or the subfamily Clioinae Jeffreys, 1869 belonging to the family Cavoliniidae, each time with the type genus Clio Linnaeus, 1767. Unfortunately this is often confused with another molluscan family Clionidae, which has the type genus Clione. The International Commission on Zoological Nomenclature (ICZN) has therefore changed the name back to its original spelling Cliidae Jeffreys, 1869, type genus Clio Linnaeus, 1767[2]

gollark: YOU should listen to the FTL: Faster than Light soundtrack for purposes.
gollark: I mean, mine does simultaneous equations, perhaps you have the mildly worse model.
gollark: You have a calculator, no?
gollark: I found out ages ago that you can rewrite them as simultaneous equations and then just solve them by calculator. Alternatively, you can write the quantity of each element in each term to help with the "directed guessing" method as ghost said.
gollark: I see.
