Cliff Bayer (politician)
Clifford 'Cliff' R. Bayer (born August 16, 1964) was a Republican Idaho State Senator representing District 21 from 2012 to 2019.

Bayer graduated from Borah High School and earned his bachelor's degree in biology from Boise State University.
