The building was designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects and built by Claridge Homes.[3] Early during construction in March 2016, a worker was struck and killed by a 12 metres (39 ft) chunk of ice that fell from the side of the construction pit.[4] This resulted in a year-long delay and charges against the developer and main contractor (which were fined $325,000 each in May 2019).[5] Construction work was halted again in March 2018 when a worker fell 3 metres (10 ft) from a platform and suffered a head injury.[6]

The condo units range in size from 610 to 6,000 square feet (57 to 557 m2). Its amenities include a fitness centre, yoga studio, movie theatre, party rooms, indoor pool and sauna, boardroom, 24 hour concierge, guest suites, and ground-level retail stores.[3]
