Church of Scotland Act 1824

The Church of Scotland Act 1824 (5 Geo 4 c 90), sometimes referred to as the Church Building (Scotland) Act 1824,[3] was an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.

In this section, the words "commissioners of His Majesty's" and "of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland" were repealed by section 1 of, and Schedule 1 to, the Statute Law Revision Act 1890.

Section 13

This section, so far as it related to the payment of stipend, was repealed by section 48 of, and Schedule 12 to, the Church of Scotland (Property and Endowments) Act 1925.

Section 14

In this section, the words "his heirs and successors" were repealed by section 1 of, and Schedule 1 to, the Statute Law Revision Act 1890.
