Christian Children's Fund of Canada

Christian Children's Fund of Canada (CCFC) is a Canadian charity that aims to improve the quality of life for children, families and communities in developing countries in five key areas: health and nutrition; education; water, sanitation and hygiene; strengthening community organizations; and sustainable livelihood development. CCFC is a member of ChildFund Alliance, a global family of 12 child-centered development organizations.[1][2]

Christian Children's Fund of Canada (CCFC) partners with public figures to serve as ambassadors for their work. CCFC's Ambassadors raise awareness, fundraise and educate the Canadian public on the CCFC's work.

Currently, CCFC's Ambassadors are sportscaster James Duthie, sportscaster Rachel Bonnetta, and radio host Sharon Caddy. [3] [4] [5]

CCFC maintains its registered charity status through compliance with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) regulations including filing annual returns.[7][8]

CCFC received an overall grade of A- by MoneySense in their list of top 100 Canadian charities for 2015. [9] CCFC was also recently selected as one of Canada's top 25 charities by the Financial Post for the year of 2014, with a grade of B+.[10]

gollark: On a related note, it annoys me a lot that Discord seem to want to appeal to "gamers"; I don't even know *which* gamers, honestly; with the weird phrasing they use in the UI.
gollark: If it was federated and open, people would be able to move off it more easily.
gollark: That would reduce their ability to data-mine this like crazy, which I assume is how they aim to monetize it eventually.
