Chondrodermatitis nodularis chronica helicis is a small, nodular, tender, chronic inflammatory lesion occurring on the helix of the ear, occurring most often in men.[2]:610
- Histopathology, showing an ulceration surrounded by acanthosis and parakeratosis, with absence of atypia.
