Choi Yeong-hae
Choi Yeong-hae (Korean: 최영해) is a South Korean former long track speed skater .[1]

She represented South Korea at the World Allround Speed Skating Championships for Women in 1956, finishing 11th overall.[2] She was the second South Korean female at the world championships, after Jang In-suk in 1949.
