China Central Depository & Clearing
China Central Depository & Clearing Co., Ltd. (Chinese: 中央国债登记结算有限责任公司), in short CCDC (Chinese: 中央结算公司) or ChinaBond (Chinese: 中债公司), is a central securities depository for Chinese government bonds, based in Beijing.

It was set up as China Securities Trading System Co., Ltd. (Chinese: 中国证券交易系统有限公司) in 1993 by People's Bank of China.[1] It was reorganized into CCDC in 1996.[2] It runs a national depository system of government bonds under the permission of Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China.[3]
