Chief Ministers of Balochistan The Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan (CM) is elected by the Provincial Assembly of the Gilgit-Baltistan to serve as the head of the provincial government in Gilgit-Baltistan. The current Chief Minister is Mir Afzal.[1]
