Cesar Chavez Jacobo

Cesar Chavez Jacobo is a Dominican professional basketball player. He was born June 1, 1985, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic to his father Luis Chávez and mother Rosa Julie Jacobo de Chávez. He attended high school at Our Savior New American School in Centereach, New York, United States.[1] Chavez Jacobo begin his college career with the FIU Panthers from 2004 to 2006 and culminated with a conference championship in 2009.[2] He began his professional career in 2009, in his native Dominican Republic. Soon thereafter Latvia, Spain, Costa Rica, Chile and today Colombia.[3][4][5][6] He is currently playing professionally for Academia de la Montaña, professional team in Medellin city, Colombia.
