Cerconota hydrelaeas is a moth in the family Depressariidae. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1931. It is found in French Guiana.[1]

The wingspan is about 18 mm. The forewings are pale whitish-yellow, with the extreme costal edge white, and with some pale grey suffusion beneath this towards the base. There are three orange-yellow dashes in an oblique series near the base on the costal half and two small light grey spots beneath the costal edge before the middle. A fuscous subquadrate patch occupies the median third and extends from the dorsum three-fourths across the wing. There is also a pale grey elongate blotch beneath the costal edge posteriorly, and a series of undefined streaks on the veins forming with this a rather curved subterminal fascia. A pale greyish marginal shade is found around the apex and termen. The hindwings are pale whitish-grey.[2]
