Center for the Great Islamic Encyclopedia

The Center for the Great Islamic Encyclopedia (CGIE) is a major research institute based in Tehran, Iran. Established in 1983, it is charged with the task of researching and publishing general and topical encyclopedias about Iranian and Islamic culture.[1][2][3][4]

Scientific staff and peer-reviewers

The Center for the Great Islamic Encyclopedia is managed by more than 40 scientific staff and peer-reviewers. Dariush Shayegan, Azartash Azarnoush, Javad Tabatabai, Farhad Daftary and Abbas Anvari are the members of the council of this institute.
