Cartographica
The Cartographica is an interdisciplinary peer-reviewed academic journal and the official publication of the Canadian Cartographic Association,[1] in affiliation with the International Cartographic Association.[2] Cartographica is published four times a year by the University of Toronto Press.[1]

gollark: You could probably find it with a bunch of testing, but connecting to the bot through reddit is slow enough that it likely does not matter.
