Carpathian Trophy (women's handball)

The Carpathian Trophy (Romanian: 'Trofeul Carpaţi') is an annual women's friendly handball tournament organised by the Romanian Handball Federation. The first edition took place in Bucharest in 1959.

Tournament structure

It reached the 51st edition in June 2019. There is no precise format for the tournament, even though recently there were four participating teams.

    gollark: Oh, for making air not free I figure there's a simpler way than removing half the oxygen. Just introduce large amounts of some bad poison.
    gollark: That's *probably* easier than somehow drilling to the mantle/core and then reacting the iron there with oxygen.
    gollark: The problem is that either way you need a lot of stuff to react all the oxygen with, or to send it off into space somehow.
