Caroline Thomas
Caroline Thomas (1959[1] - 20 October 2008) was an international relations academic and a leading authority on the politics of development.[2] Her work In Search of Security was an early contribution to the 'widening' debate within security studies.

gollark: If you do 0b01 | 0b10, you get 0b11, which is not right.
