Carmel de la place Maubert

The carmel de la place Maubert (Latin – Monasterium de Mariae de Monte-Carmelo; also known in French as the Grand Couventor Couvent des Barrés) was a French monastery of the Calced Carmelites. It was located on place Maubert on a site now occupied by the police station for the 5th arrondissement of Paris below rue de la Montagne-Sainte-Geneviève.
