Carlos Torres Piña
Carlos Torres Piña (born 1 March 1979) is a Mexican politician from the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD). From 2009 to 2011 he served as Deputy of the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Michoacán.[1] In 2014, he was elected President of the Michoacán branch of the PRD.[2]
