- Carinostoma elegans (Sørensen, 1894) — Western Ukraine and Slovakia, south to Serbia and Bulgaria
- Carinostoma ornatum (Hadzi, 1940) — Bosnia & Herzegovina west to Bulgaria, and south to Central Macedonia
