Caloptilia bimaculatella

Caloptilia bimaculatella is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from Canada (Ontario and Québec) the United States (including Florida, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, New York, Vermont, Connecticut and West Virginia).[1]
