Caleido
Caleido is an 181-metre (594 ft) tall, 36-story skyscraper under construction in Madrid.[2] It is popularly named Quinta Torre (Fifth Tower) since it stands close to the other four skyscrapers of the Cuatro Torres Business Area (CTBA) complex in paseo de la Castellana. In March 2016 it was revealed that the Instituto de Empresa (IE) will be the main tenant.[3] Its construction started in April 2017[4] and it is expected to be finished at the end of 2020.[2]

It occupies the former site of the Centro Internacional de Convenciones de la Ciudad de Madrid. When finished it will be the 5th tallest building in Madrid and 7th tallest in Spain.
The building was designed by architecture firms Fenwick Iribarren and Serrano-Suñer Arquitectura and the main contractor is OHL Desarrollos.[3]
