Byrsia aurantiaca is a moth of the family Erebidae. It is found on Malacca, Borneo and Sumatra.[1]

It is a day-flying species.

The larvae have been found on the leaves of Mangifera species. They have a bright ochreous ground colour, covered densely with white hairs. The body has a greenish tinge.[2]
