Buglen (Russian: Буглен) is a rural locality (a selo) in Buynaksky District, Republic of Dagestan, Russia. The population was 1,998 as of 2010.[2] There are 17 streets.

Geography
It is located 10 km south-east from Buynaksk, on the left bank of the Buglen-ozen River.
