Description
'Tovelill' grows to a height and spread of 1.5 × 2 m, distinguished by its long slender panicles of purple flowers, and small, narrow leaves.
Cultivation
The shrub is in cultivation in Europe, notably Denmark and the Netherlands. It has not (2012) been introduced to the UK or USA.
