Description
'Snowbank' grows to a typical height of 2.4 m, width 1.8 m, and bears relatively small panicles, < 15 cm long, of fragrant pure white flowers. .[2][3]
Cultivation
'Snowbank' is only cultivated in the USA. Hardiness: USDA zones 6–9.[2]
