Description
'Dart's Papillon Blue' has been dismissed as virtually indistinguishable from the species,[1] growing to < 2 m in height if hard-pruned annually, with lavender blue panicles 20 - 25 cm long. [1] [2]
Cultivation
'Dart's Papillon Blue' is uncommon in cultivation, and is not known to have been introduced to North America. In the UK, a specimen is grown as part of the NCCPG national buddleja collection held by Longstock Park Nursery near Stockbridge, Hampshire. [2] Hardiness: USDA zones 5–9. [1]
