Bryan Massey
Bryan Massey (born June 13, 1971 in Pontiac, Michigan) is an American actor, voice actor and writer.[1] He is best known as the voice of Ladd Russo from Baccano,[2] Tenishiro Okakura from Rideback,[3] and Cocytus from Overlord.[4]

Bryan is married to Page Burkhalter.[5][6] They have a daughter together named Burkley Massey.[7][8]
